Why Peru? Well, because, for some reason, for several months, I had been dreaming of going to Machu Picchu. And I’m all for realizing dreams!

On my last day in Mumbai, I followed the advice of my local friend and decided to do the slum tour in Dharavi. She said that it was an important part of the city’s life and that many skilled people work there and have stories to tell.
